GIA Group works with Commodity Partners on a deal-by-deal basis. There is no sign up fee and the network is free to access. However, it is required that detailed information is provided during registration which will be essential in approving your application.

Only Registered members can upload offers and have a priority viewing period of seven days. Registered members have access to take advantage of the Document Verification Module by uploading your documents under your [ My Documents ] section in the Members Area. These documents cannot be deleted and any changes are noted and the original document is readily available to you.

To assist you in providing appropriate information to your offer, templates of Letters of Intent (LOI), Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), Full Corporate Offer (FCO), and a number of Sale Purchase Agreements (SPA) and trade procedures can be viewed and downloaded.

GIA will be continually working under your guidance and will try to bring the offer to a close at the earliest possible time. In many cases GIA will issue contracts under the same secure system and only when all terms are agreed to by the seller and buyer and they are ready to sign the contract will the name of the buyer/seller be disclosed.
