GIA a public company

We are pleased to inform that as of September 17, 2008 Global Importex Access LTD (GIA) has become a public company. Preparations have started to list the company in London (AIM) and or New York.

GIA will now be a buyer/trader of commodities and act as a trading house for manufactured goods. GIA is looking to purchase/establish an import-export network of companies worldwide. Interested parties should use the Contact Us page to express their interest to become our Regional Partner.

Change of Ownership

We are pleased to inform that GIA Trading Group has been acquired by World Trade Marketing Limited an Australian public company.  GIA Trading Group is now a fully owned subsidiary of World Trade Marketing Limited.

Change of Name

On September 17, 2008 World Trade Marketing Limited has changed its name to Global Importex Access LTD (GIA Trading Group).
